General Rules
Eligibility
- • Open to Indonesian citizens and international participants
- • Age requirement: 16 years and above
- • Students, professionals, and enthusiasts are welcome
- • Teams can consist of 1-5 members
Registration Requirements
- • Complete registration form with accurate information
- • Submit project proposal before the deadline
- • Agree to terms and conditions
- • Attend mandatory orientation session
Code of Conduct
- • Respect all participants, mentors, and organizers
- • Maintain professional behavior throughout the event
- • No harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate conduct
- • Follow venue and event facility rules
Competition Guidelines
Project Requirements
- • Must integrate AI technology meaningfully
- • Should address real-world problems or opportunities
- • Demonstrate innovation and creativity
- • Include working prototype or MVP
- • Provide clear documentation and presentation
Technical Standards
- • Code must be original and developed during the competition
- • Use of open-source libraries and APIs is allowed
- • Proper attribution for third-party resources
- • Code should be well-structured and documented
- • Demonstrate technical proficiency and best practices
Submission Guidelines
- • Submit project files through designated platform
- • Include source code, documentation, and demo video
- • Provide clear project description and impact statement
- • Meet all submission deadlines
- • Ensure all team members are properly credited

Disqualification & Appeals
Grounds for Disqualification
- • Violation of competition rules
- • Plagiarism or copyright infringement

- • Failure to meet submission requirements
- • Violation of code of conduct
Appeals Process
- • Submit written appeal within 24 hours
- • Include evidence and supporting documentation
- • Appeals reviewed by independent committee
- • Final decision communicated within 48 hours
- • Committee decision is final and binding
